- Intro package expires 21 days after purchase; all other packages expire 6 months after purchase.
- Prices don't include HST.

- Sessions must be used within one month of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Cancellations require at least two weeks' notice.
- Holds are available for travel or injury and require at least two weeks' notice and an end date.
