By accessing or using the Leaside Pilates website, booking classes, or attending sessions, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Services
Leaside Pilates provides Pilates and GYROTONIC® instruction, including private, duo, trio, and group sessions. Booking and payment are handled through our third-party provider, Momence, subject to their terms.
Bookings, payments & cancellations
- All bookings and purchases are made through Momence and are subject to the pricing, package expiration, and cancellation policies shown at checkout.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session as described at booking.
- Packages may have expiration dates; unused sessions may expire per the stated terms.
Health & assumption of risk
Pilates and GYROTONIC® involve physical activity. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have a medical condition. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your own limits. You agree to inform your instructor of any condition that may affect your ability to participate safely.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Leaside Pilates or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. GYROTONIC® is a registered trademark of its respective owner.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leaside Pilates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party services such as Momence. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
